The CS Graduate Student Group hosts the annual CS Research Symposium for students, faculty, and researchers to showcase research and build professional connections. This year's event welcomes researchers across disciplines at UVA and beyond and participants from industry.
The agenda includes research lightning talks, poster sessions, interview preparation, an industry panel, an internship panel, and a discussion of careers in academia, industry, and beyond. Poster sessions feature undergraduate, master's, and PhD research. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on October 6 in Rice Hall 130 and Davis Commons; registration is available on the organizer's event page.
